Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Austrian FAGG.

The period starts on receipt of goods. A clear statement (email) is sufficient.

Model form: I hereby withdraw from the contract for [goods], ordered on [date], received on [date], name, address, date.

Sealed goods not suitable for return for health-protection reasons are excluded once the seal is broken.

Return shipping is usually borne by the consumer unless stated otherwise. Refunds within 14 days of receiving the return.
